I’m so disappointed by your lack of communication on my purchase last week. It’s not the first time something has been forgotten from my order. I understand things happen, but if you were out of carts for vapes, I feel I should of been called first thing Friday morning and asked if I still wanted my order. Not the order delivered, my husband paying 270 dollars and there was no cart in bag. He had to call numerous times waiting to see what was going on. No one called him . He waited hours! For his money back when at first they promised to run him over another cart. Still no call hours later. He had to call agsin and spent the better part of the day waiting. Very poor communication. I want to support local but this makes it easier to stand in line for an hour at a dispensary.
